This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for Triplyte services. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding refunds.
Subscription Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Digital Products: Non-refundable - all sales are final.
Requests made after these periods are not eligible for a refund.
Digital products (e-books, templates, guides) are non-refundable. All sales of digital content are final, as digital files cannot be returned.
Products and subscription plans purchased at a discounted price, including special promotions or limited-time offers, are not eligible for a refund. All sales on discounted items are final.
All refund requests require completion of our official Refund Request Form here. This form helps us understand your concern and process your request efficiently. Refund requests submitted outside this process will not be considered.
Upon receiving your request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days. We may contact you for additional information or offer alternative solutions such as extended trials or personal assistance.
Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor, Paddle. Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Triplyte is a digital service. There is no physical product to return, and therefore, no shipping or return shipping fees.
All paid subscription plans are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that recurring payments will be charged to your original payment method until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Canceling prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first requesting a refund through us, Paddle may chargeback fees to your account, and your access to the service may be suspended.
Triplyte is currently in a public-beta phase and, despite rigorous testing, may contain bugs or other technical issues. If you discover a problem that is primarily caused by a bug in our application and report it to us at contact@triplyte.com, we will prioritise fixing the issue. As a gesture of appreciation, we may, at our sole discretion, grant you a reward—such as a discount coupon, an extended free trial, or an upgrade to the Pro plan. This goodwill reward applies only when the root cause of the problem is a confirmed bug or error on our side and does not override the refund eligibility rules described in this policy.
